Kia Ora, today I drew a Pirate Treasure Map for this activity. I chose the harder version to draw a treasure map. My island’s name is Skull Island, and the places on that are Deadman’s Lagoon, Creepy Creek, Mount Doom, and Lost Forest the rest is a compass on the left side and a pirate ship on the other side. For a finishing touch, I added some wipes of wet tea bags, crunched it up, and there we go a Treasure Map.

  1. Morena Te Naera,

What a fun activity, I love pirates with my favourite pirate movie being Pirates from the Caribbean. I also love drawing and designing maps! Have you done anything like this before?

I think you introduced this activity well and I love your map design. It is very clear and easy to read and I like the additional, classic pirate map details like the anchor, ship and skull. What does your treasure hold?

    Keep up the great work!

    Ngā mihi nui,
